GeneDrop is the privacy-first consumer surface of the genomics stack. Drag a raw sequencing artifact in (VCF, BAM, FASTQ, or a 23andMe export) and the pipeline checks for specific mutations — by rsID, by gene name, or by trickier variations like the TPSAB1 copy-number variation.
Processing is local; nothing leaves the user's machine. Pairs with `Pluribus` for scoring and the `genes` folder for HLA typing.
