HRV spectral analysis on Polar H10 RR intervals — sleep arousal detection and autonomic-state inference.
CoreSamples is the analysis side of the Polar H10 chest-strap pipeline. It processes RR-interval data from Polar devices and TCX files into time-domain and frequency-domain HRV metrics. The interesting part is sleep-arousal detection from RR-interval shifts during sleep — apnea-adjacent without needing a CPAP.
