bray is the inference core of the Zebra Diagnostics stack. Naïve Bayes in odds space for the MVP, Monte Carlo credible intervals over evidence-line parameters. Reads priors and likelihoods from the SNOMED-aligned knowledge graph via SPARQL; writes back DiagnosticAssessment nodes with provenance and Δ log-odds contributions.
